Why?

Germany confuses me sometimes.  The other day I was at a German restaurant, and saw that they had a Ceasar Salad on their menu.  When I ordered it, the waitress asked my which dressing I would like.  "Ceasar," I replied.  She said, "We don't have Ceasar dressing." Then why do you have a Ceasar salad on your menu?!?!?
