Last night at school, the held their annual Sockenball. It's called the Sockenball because all the students take off their shoes and dance in their socks. They convert the gym into a disco, too.All the students were invited, but mostly it was 5th through 8th grade. It also made for a pretty smelly party: eight graders with no deodorant and no shoes!
This afternoon, I helped a ninth grade class repaint their classroom.
They have a class schedule with Simpsons characters on the wall which was looking a little ratty. So they got together to touch it up today after school.
They also decided to repaint their door.
